Online service is awful! If your account is accidentally locked up during the weekend you’ll have to wait until the next working day to be able to fix it up. Are you serious??? Chellenge questions never showed up. The “Toni the teller” phone system is another mess. In overall, dont waste your time and patience; you better visit a real bank or credit union.
