I have been a client of InnovationsFCU for 5 year while making a substantial monthly payment to this bank they NEVER return my calls (untill they want $, so sometimes I hold out to get a call returned) I moved out of Florida & Innovations staff starting ignoring me, knowing I can’t just “walk inn”. But when they want a payment they will go to ANY extent to get it! And if that includes drafting money out of an account unauthorized , they will do so, all while charging me fees. They actually called while I was in Labor & demanded to talk to me after being made aware of my intense labor the still insisted on asking my husband for $ for “some fee”!
Don’t do business with these people. Since I moved out of Florida, I feel more like a prisoner of Innovations instead of a Customer. Even the BBB states that they conduct business poorly & gave them an “F”
